2011 Pricing

Basic Fees

Base rental Fee (includes tables & chairs and use of kitchen) -

12 hour rental period - $750

6 hour rental period *limitations apply - $450 

Daytime Meeting Rental - $100 per hour / 2 hour mimimum

 

Damage Deposit- $250 (will be returned unless damage is done to the property. Any damages beyond this cost are the responsibility of the renter.)


Entertainment Services

No outside sound systems are permitted in The Turnaround, and our in-house engineers must be used.

DJs
If you have a DJ, he/she must plug into our sound system (P.A.), and we will have a sound engineer present. The cost for a DJ to use our sound system and have an engineer present is $150. (Equipment specs available on request.)

Bands
-We have a wide variety of professional music to offer, from classical to folk, blues, rock and world music. Contact us for these entertainment choices.

-If you wish to provide your own band, you must use our sound engineer and in-house sound system. The charge for this is $350. This includes stage lighting.

-If you just want to use a CD player, you will be provided with a speaker on a stand and one microphone for $75.

Catering

Our partnering catering company is Heritage Cafe, and we recommend using them. Our kitchen is only to be used to organize, refrigerate and lay things out. You may use our warming oven. No dishes are to be washed or food prepared. Any damages to the kitchen will be taken out of your damage deposit. *All trash, particularly leftover food, must be bagged and taken away from the building on the day of the event.

Conditions of Rental

Conditions of Rental

1. 12 hour Rental Includes use of tables and chairs to seat 125 people.

2. Any left over food and other materials brought in by a caterer or renter must be hauled away from the premises before end of the rental period. Failure to do so will result in an extra $200 fee.

3. Damage Deposit is $250. Renter is responsible for any breakage or damage to the premises even if it exceeds the $250 deposit. Damage deposit will be returned within 1 week of the event provided there are no damages.

4. Our kitchen is only to be used to organize, refrigerate and lay things out. You may use our warming oven. No dishes are to be washed or food prepared. Any damages to the kitchen will come out of your damage deposit.

5. All trash, particularly leftover food, must be bagged and taken away from the building on the day of the event.

6. Vendors such as DJs, Food Vendors, etc. must be agreed upon before contract signing.

7. A 50% deposit is required at signing of contract. Balance is due, including damage deposit and cleaning fee, 30 days before event. Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days before date of the event in order to obtain a refund. 25% of total rental fee is non-refundable.

8. No smoking or other tobacco use in the building.

9. No thumb tacks, nails or tape are to used on walls.
